TBC performs deal by deal syndications with IRR targets that exceed 10% IRR. Typical hold periods are
between seven and ten years.

TBC is active in a diverse set of geographies including New England, Montreal, Tri-State and Northern Alabama. Investments have a thematic focus on workforce housing, in categories such as existing Class B and C Multifamily, Manufactured Housing and Single Family Rental (SFR).
